The prices are okay overall, so I can’t really complain too much, but the discounts feel underwhelming. I’m kind of tired of having to check every promo or deal just to see if it’s actually worth it, and most of the time it doesn’t feel like much of a savings

"Return was fine, but the refund took a while"
The return process itself was okay, nothing too complicated, but the refund took longer than I expected. It did eventually come through, so I’m glad it worked out in the end, but waiting on it was a little frustrating.

"Showed up fast"
Ordered a tool and it got here sooner than I expected. Tracking was fine and there weren’t any weird delays. Box had a small dent, but the tool was okay. Overall good, 4 stars

I had a question about my order and was surprised by how fast their support team got back to me. They looked into everything, kept me in the loop the whole time, and I didn’t have to follow up once. It was simple, friendly, and such a relief. Definitely made me feel good about ordering from them again!

"Exactly what I ordered, no fuss"
My order came in just right, with everything included and nothing mixed up. I opened it on my kitchen counter while my coffee was getting cold, and it was nice to not have to deal with missing pieces or wrong items. Simple, but that’s all I needed
